I still haven't been able to update my WA state L&I rates. When I was finally able to talk to an actual person on the chat function she said she was part of the wrong section of quickbooks. Payroll Elite instead of PAYroll ELIte or something. She gave me a link to go to but it didn't work. I need to update several companies of L&I rates. How contacting someone when the contact us button doesn't work half the time the answer?
