How do you pay the 943 tax liabilities through QBO?
Hi there, @Ryan R.
At this time, paying tax liabilities for 943 forms isn't' available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can consider paying it directly to your tax agency.
You can check the tax forms you can file and pay with QBO by going to the Taxes tab, then clicking the Quarterly Forms and Annual Forms.
You might also want to visit the IRS website for more details about the instructions of your 943 tax form: Instructions for Form 943.
As always, feel free to visit our QuickBooks Community help website if you need tips and related articles in the future.

Will you ever support 943 payments? My taxes have gotten so screwed up from bookkeepers using QBO and accidentally filing 941s. I also see that we now can't exempt workers from FUTA on the 2020 W4 form set up because agricultural worker isn't listed. I appreciate so many features from QBO but keep switching back to other programs because of the agricultural employee piece. Please support ag workers in your program soon!
Hello, @ootprintfarm.
I see this post is a duplicate. My colleague already responded and shared some information on this issue.
