If this is something that needs to pull up your account information, follow these steps below to get in touch with our Customer Care team: 

 

  1. In your QuickBooks company, click the Help menu.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the QB Assistant chatbox.
  4. Select I still need a human, then click Contact Us
  5. Click Start messaging, then enter all necessary information in the field and click Send message.

If your concern doesn't require us to pull up your company information, I'd appreciate it if you can share a little more information about your concern?

I need to talk to someone regarding my account

My Payroll said it needs credit card info update.  I verified my info is up to date, when logging in to try to update it asks for e-mail and phone number.  When i enter info its said it doesn't match.  Tried both home and cell,

They sent me a Quickbooks code to verify on my cell phone by Text, when I called Customer Service on Phone

they said they recognized the number I was calling from.  So why can't I access my Account info   ???

I appreciate the details you've shared about the experience you had when updating your credit card information on your payroll service. I can show you some you some troubleshooting steps you can perform to see if this is a data-related issue. 

 

To begin the troubleshooting method, log in to your QuickBooks Online using the incognito browser. Then, check if you're able to update the credit card details. If you're able to do so, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. If not, use another supported browser.

 

You can choose on one of these shortcut keys to access a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N

 

If you're still not able to update your credit card details, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check further what has caused this issue and help you get to the bottom of this.

I'll make sure you're able to open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. To verify, we're you able to try accessing your account using a different browser? If not, let's open your account using a private browser or an incognito window. This is to check if it has something to do with the browser you're using or the subscription.

 

Here's how: 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 

Then, log in to your QBO account again. If it's working fine, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This process helps delete the temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue.

 

If you're still unable to open your account, follow the steps below.

 

  1. Go to Contact Us.
  2. Select the Search for something else button.
  3. Then, enter a brief description of the issue and tap Search.
  4. Click Start a Message.
