Intuit support has gone downhill quickly. The CEO says they are "Custoemr obsessed" but what that means is they are obsessed with getting paid by the customer.....they don't care about support. I have had an issue for 3 months with my taxes not being paid.....after my first initial 3 hours waiting to chat they said they would look into it....in the meantime my taxes continue to be late and I have heard nothing. Where do I call, no more BS chat...where do I call to talk to someone about how HORRIBLE support is?

The support hours for Intuit Payroll (IOP) Full Service is from Monday to Friday at 6 A.M. to 3 P.M. Pacific Time.

If you're using Intuit Online Payroll, the current mode of Support is through chat as mentioned above. The support hours are from Monday to Friday from 6 A.M. to 3 P.M. Pacific Time. On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can connect with a representative either by chat or call by setting a scheduled callback.

Please know that we've updated our support options in QuickBooks Online. To successfully contact our Customer Care Team, you'll have to go to the Help icon within your QuickBooks account.
Once you're in, you'll have to chat with QB Assistant, an AI that answers basic questions and offer options to access support for topics. Then, select the Talk to a human option. Let me guide you how:

When I'm logged into my account. the Help button does not take me to any contact. I have to go round a few times to get to a live chat. Very frustrating
I agree. It has been HORRIBLE support. Everything is frustrating. Intuit online payroll has had more issues and there's no one to chat or call with. You always have to call the main line that every QB customer uses. Isn't there something they can do for professionals? Our office has considered switching payroll companies even if the cost is more.
