I have the same issue.  Two different companies, no payroll paid or withdrawn from our checking accounts!

Hi, @acrawford1, @kz3846, and @merobins.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the processing and approval of cut-off times depend on your payroll service. When you run a direct deposit (DD) that has two banking days lead time, your employees will receive their pay two banking days after submitting it.

In addition, we are currently seeing other users posting the same issue here in the Community. We will also inform our Product Engineers about this behavior so they can investigate further. Rest assured that they're now working to fix this as quickly as possible.

To get an update once the issue is fixed, visit this link and subscribe: http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/?subscription_confirmed=true.

For more information about managing and processing DD paychecks in QBO, consider checking out this article: Create pay checks in online payroll.

Please post again or leave a comment below if you have any additional concerns. I'm always here to assist. Have a good one!

Hi elli,

Our Phone and Chat teams are receiving a high volume of calls and chats right now because of this issue. Because of that, our engineers have created a Status Board so everyone can check and subscribe (SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES) for updates.

Thank you for your patience.
