Our company switched from the desktop version to QBO

When we swtiched over, and sent our employees an email link to workforce to be able to access their paychecks, they just get logged in under their previous accounts, and can only see their paychecks from prior to when we switched over. Can you tell me the process for getting the two accounts linked?

Let me share with you some information about inviting employees to access their paychecks online.

 

Once your employees have their existing Workforce account, they need to provide or use the same email address so they can use their existing QuickBooks Workforce account. From there, they can see the paychecks for both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
