Payroll Form 941

Is there a way to pull 941 forms from 2020, 22, 23? All the taxes were paid, but she didn't file the actual form. So it's not in the tax forms file.

Payroll Form 941

Hello there, Thassell.

If you've processed your 2020, 2022, and 2023 941 forms manually, I recommend reaching out to the IRS to obtain the forms. They have access to the forms that had been processed outside of QuickBooks.

However, if you've processed it within QuickBooks, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop customer care team. With their tools, they can look into your account and provide information on the needed forms.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QBDT account.
  2. At the top of your account, select Help.
  3. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  4. Click on Contact Us.
  5. Please give a brief explanation of your concern, then press Continue.
  6. Log into your Intuit account. Select Continue, then Continue with my account.
  7. A single-use code will be sent to your email. Type in your code and click Continue.
  8. Choose if you want to Chat with us or Have us call you.

Please note that our QBDT customer care team hours vary on the subscription. Here's the guideline on when to get a hold of them:

  • QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premiere, and Plus users are available Mondays to Fridays from 6 am to 6 pm.
  • QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is available any time on any day.

Additionally, you can run payroll reports in QBDT to get an overview of your finances. You can browse this article to learn more about it: Run payroll reports.

Reach out to us again if you have further inquiries with your 941 forms or any QBDT-related concerns. I'm here to assist you as soon as I get your reply.
