Payroll Reports in QBO Elite Payroll

It only shows up when you process payroll.  It's the last screen before clicking on the FINISH button.  I won't be doing payroll again until February 15, so I can share the screenprint then.  It doesn't make sense that you can't get to the compiled PR Report spreadsheet any other way!

You're right that the payroll reports option you're referring to will only show up when processing payroll. And the way to bring it back to that page is currently unavailable. 

In the meantime, you can run payroll reports through the Report page. Let me show you how:

1. In the left menu, select Reports.
2. Select the Standard tab.
3. Go to the Payroll section. 
4. Select the report you want to view.
5. Filter it by an employee, date range, and work location.
6. Click Run report.

I want to know what happened to these reports. 

Mine changed 2 weeks ago.

The format that was offered before was more user friendly.

I know you prefer to use the older view on the report tab. I understand those views are more convenient on your side, @lfloydatwig. 

I encourage you to send our developer feedback and share the discussion about the new view in the Reports tab. This way, you can share your thoughts about the system and feature upgrades, and our system developer can consider adding back the old interface in QuickBooks Online.

Follow the steps below:

1. You can go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the Profile column, press the Feedback button.
3. Write your product suggestion, then click Next.
