Hello. I'm trying to reprint an employee's W-2 but the payroll tax center site is not loading for me. I tried within the Quickbooks desktop application and I tried on different browsers as well. This is the site I'm trying: https://payrolltaxcenter.intuit.com/

If the same thing happens, you can get a callback from our payroll specialist. I've seen an open investigation that is similar to your concern where our customers have an issue accessing the Payroll Tax Center website.

We are QB user more than 10 years every month we r paying thousands of dollar to Quickbooks. it's really ridiculous for worst support by quickbook online time. We hare more than 25+ state Government business & paying taxes on time are really important for us. In quickbook online since more than two months Payroll tax center is not working and no one is really help us on how to resolve it. The customer service team just do common try and error solution, despite asking to talk to supervisor we can't talk to anyone. Quickbook Support team is worst and we need alternative of quickbook. If issues are not resolve within week or so we need Quickbook alternative. I spend hours on call hold and tired of listening hold music ( Jaaz).. I used to love jaaz but after this crazy incidents with quickbook I feel that we need some company who can replacement quickbook.. Big business opportunity here ..
While I am unaware of issues with online payroll since I only use desktop the usual reason sites will not load is due to browser bloat,meaning history and cache might need deletion. To verify this is the case log in via a private or incognito session. If you can now access the site your browser just needs attention.
