I have to enter my pin and password every time I use the e-pay option to send payroll taxes. I check the box at the bottom that says check here for future use, but it does not retain the information. It always worked on QB 2019 but never has worked on QB 2022. Any suggestions?
I think this was fixed a couple of releases ago. If you patch QuickBooks 2022 to the latest release, Intuit says it'll work.
I know it may save time if the EFTPS information is saved to the QuickBooks system, @ Iwillnailit. I have troubleshooting steps to store the electronic password in your account.
Let's ensure that the EFTPS password will be saved in the system seamlessly. This way, you can pay your electronic payment quickly.
The password will never be stored if you change your password and check the Remember My Information for next Time option on the E-Pay login page. Please be advised that it will only save the EFTPS password after the following transmission as stated in the help article update your EFTPS Internet password.
Having said this that the next time you make an electronic payment, re-enter your 4-Digit PIN and EFTPS Internet password. Then re-select the Remember My Information for next Time option to save the details moving forward.
However, if you already re-selected the Remember My Information for next Time option on your next e-payment, then the password should save to the system. Don't worry, I have some troubleshooting steps to help fix the issue.
To troubleshoot this, make sure that your tax table version is 22208 or 22206 to help resolve the issue. To check, go to the Employees tab and click Get Payroll Updates. See the sample screenshot below for your reference:

Once done, let's check and uncheck the Remember My Information for next Timebox when you pay your e-payment. This way, the information will be saved moving forward.
Also, I agree with the information given by BigRedConsulting.
