When I print the paystubs, they do not print alphabetically (the same as the timesheets print).
HOW do I get QB to print the paystubs in the same order as the timesheets? I notice the ones out of order highlight yellow in the system. Does anyone know why and how to fix this?
Thanks for dropping by the Community, @LeahC.
In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), the option to print pay stubs alphabetically is currently unavailable. This is only available when you print the timesheets.
I can see how this option would be helpful for you, and I'll take note of this. Our Product Developers are always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QuickBooks.
In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Blog site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.

Are you seriously serious, FritzF??
A company the size of Intuit cannot figure out how to print paystubs in the same order as the corresponding timesheets? Yet intuit has no problem UPPING the cost of their app exponentially every year.
Why am I not shocked?
Is there any option to get this fixed? We are running into the same issues once we complete payroll. It's a complete waste of time trying to sort through this for direct deposits verification!
Is there any option to get this addressed? This issue cropped up for us in January and has wasted time trying to sort this out for paying our people.
Thanks for joining this thread, Tim.
I recognize having the option to print your paystubs in the same order is beneficial to your business. Rest assured, I'll take note of this and forward it to our Product Developer team.

In the meantime, you'll want to look for a third-party app that lets you print your paystubs in order. You can go to the App Center in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) or visit our Apps for QuickBooks Desktop page for reference.
You might also want to consider inviting your employees to workforce. This way, they'll be able to view their W-2s and paychecks online.
