I'd be glad to help you sent out your direct deposits in QuickBooks Online, ian-coastsupplyc.

You can follow the step-by-step process below in sending out your direct deposit in QuickBooks Online.

  1. Click Payroll in the left panel, choose the Employees tab and then select Run payroll.

  6. Enter hours worked if applicable. TIP: you can hide or show pay types by selecting the Settings ⚙ icon below the TOTAL PAY.
  7. Tap Preview Payroll. To edit or preview a specific check, select the Edit ✏️ icon next to the check's net pay, then select OK when done.
  8. When you're ready, select Submit payroll.
  9. You're all set! To print paychecks, select Print paychecks, then Finish payroll.
