You’ve come to the right place, I can show you how to reactivate your payroll subscription. As long as you’re billing information is current and you have the supported version of QuickBooks Desktop, Intuit will automatically renew your subscription. Manual renewal may be required if there is an expired credit card on your account.

I need to reactivate my Quickbooks to finish 2919 W2 and tax filings. Our business is now closed and has been sold to someone else. Please advise if I can reactivate for one month or does it have to be renewed for one year.

I'd recommend you contact our Technical Support team for assistance with reactivating your payroll subscription.
They can pull up your account information within a secure environment, and ensure that you'll only be billed for a month of your payroll subscription, and not otherwise.

I have paid to reactivate payroll subscription, but still tells me i beed to do it.

I need to contact the support desk. I had my new QB subscription started back in May. They never got the online portion completed program. I felt I could wait to get that done. However, now I have this Reactivate payroll subscription on my screen that will not allow me to complete my tax forms or payroll. I think they didn't complete the set up on my subscription as my new one should be good until next May of 2022.
