I download and print my 941 & 940 tax forms. Previously, I've been able to "preview" and download the forms as far back as when I switched to Quickbooks Online (the beginning of 2022, I believe). Now, when I go to find previous forms, I only see the previous 2 quarters (Q3 & Q4 of 2022). Where are the rest??
Let's get you connected to the right channel that addresses your concern on time, as77.
We'll have to access your Payroll Tax Center to determine why you're unable to view the previously filed tax forms. To ensure the security of your account, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team.

I've followed the steps above. I can see my state forms.
I can't see any of my previous 941 forms?
I appreciate the initial steps you've performed, @goldmedalestates7. Allow me to assist you further and provide additional steps that you can easily follow so you can view your 941 forms.
First off, the process of viewing tax forms varies whether you choose to e-file the form or file it manually.
If you will or have e-filed your tax form, or we filed for you:
If you filed the form manually, archive the form first then access the form. For the step-by-step process, kindly go to the View tax forms section of this article: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.
Please note that we can only view and print previous 941 forms if they're archived in the program and it's only available within 35 days after the end of each quarter.
However, if you still can't view your previous 941 forms after considering the information above, let's access your QBO account using a private browser to check if your browsing is the one causing the issue.
To open a private browser, you can use the following shortcut keys on your keyboard:
If this works, this suggests that clearing the cache of your usual browser is required to begin with a clean system. However, if you still face the same problem, I recommend switching to another supported browser.
Furthermore, if you are interested in generating payroll reports in QuickBooks to gain valuable insights into your business and employees, I'd recommend checking out this article: Run payroll reports.

I am trying to find one from the first quarter of 2024 and I cannot find it anywhere, it's not in archived forms or filings. Help!
Thank you for sharing your QuickBooks situation with me, Helekahi. I'll provide details to help access the previous year's Form 941.
When Intuit submits the forms on your behalf, you can expect all forms to be accessible for viewing or printing 35 days after the quarter concludes. However, please know that if there is an amendment to Form 941, the case needs to be completed before it appears in your Archive forms and filings. Once it's available, follow these steps to view them:
For reference, see the image below.
You can check out this page for more details: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.
I also recommend verifying if you've added the correct date when using the Filter option on the Archived forms and filings page. By doing so, the system can pull the correct Form 941 and show it to you.
