After last week's debacle with payroll, I thought I was all set. Today i am trying to send payroll, it is a Sunday, and I cannot send it.
Says my signon is rejected. I've double checked my password and it's correct. Further message says:
"We encountered a problem with your payroll transaction request." Says I have to call a rep. But of course, they don't work Sundays.
Is this a left-over issue from last week?

Let's start with updating your QuickBooks Desktop. This ensures that you got the latest patches to the QB software. After that, you can download the payroll tax update. Though this may sound off, but most of the payroll issues can be resolved by just updating the tax table or your QuickBooks.

I've done all the troubleshooting you've mentioned. Unfortunately, not my first time experiencing problems with QB Payroll.
Are they open tomorrow? Or are the closed for Columbus Day?
