I want to make sure this gets to the right department who can review your account after the migration. With this, I do recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support to get this reviewed. They have the tools to check your company file, and can help you with the next step to adjust the information on the employee's paystub.
To get in touch with our payroll representatives, follow these steps in your QBO account:
- Click the (?) Help menu, then Contact us.
- Add your payroll concern, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
