Hi smoon. Nice to see you in the community again. It's actually pretty quick and easy to switch to a paper check in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
- Select Workers, then select Employees.
- Click Run Payroll.
- Choose the direct deposit icon next to the employee's name.
- Select Paper check.
- Now you can fill out the payroll as usual.
