Hello there, @tmarquez1.
Let me provide some details about this.
When starting to process or receiving payment for the first time, it takes five (5) business days to deposit your funds since we're still setting up your merchant account. Once done, your payments would be faster. It would be 1-2 business days for credit card payments and 2-7 days for ACH payments. There are also times that deposits may delay. To find out why, check this article: Why are my funds on hold?.
Additionally, banks have their own rules for processing payments. Thus, the deposit schedule is controlled by them.

On that page, all the transactions made will show up.
If you've not received any emails about this, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Customer Support Team for them to check the payment status, its reasons for the delay, and help you resolve it.
I'm attaching some articles below which you may find helpful:

Hello evelinafranco!
I understand that you need to get paid and receive the payment as soon as possible. Let me help you.
QuickBooks Payments has a deposit speed. It's the basis when QuickBooks will deposit the funds into your bank account. Please note that some banks also have their own processing time in clearing and posting your funds. This may affect when you'll receive the payment.
For on hold payments, it's best to seek some help from our Support Team. They have all the tools needed to review and release it.
Additionally, you may check this link: Commonly asked Payments questions. This contains different articles to answer most asked questions about QuickBooks Payments.
Post again here if you need more help. Thanks!
