How can I remove this warning message everytime I log on to QB desk top.
Warning call [phone number removed]?
Let me provide some information about the notification to rebuild your data, @Howdy74.
When the warning message happens when you log in to your QuickBooks file, then this isn't a scam. Unless, there is someone who call you or email you about this.
The warning is a reminder for you to rebuild your company file to fix some possible data issues. For more information, you may check out this article: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.
Additionally, I've attached an article you can utilize to learn how to get different QuickBooks Desktop tools to help fix problems and errors: Fix common problems and errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.

Can you find the following files in the same folder?
90s.trf
QuickBooksDownloader.exe.config
QuickBooksDownloader.exe.manifest
I called. They answered the call right away (should be a red flag for that probably) and I gave him access and he saw the errors etc. Seemed very knowledgeable. But then he said my data services was not included with my ProAdvisor subscription. They want $7000 for five years or 2500 for one year, etc. Would have never thought scam but I will leave quickbooks before I pay that. I have already looked into Patriot software since there are lately a lot of reasons to be disgusted with Intuit and QuickBooks.
I also have this message pop up every time I start QB's. I called the number listed after I rebuilt the file and it came back. The guy that answered the phone wanted me to open a browser to LogMeIn123.com and give him control of my computer. I quickly hung up on him and got out of my browser. I the contacted QB's support and they called me back quickly. They said that they don't take control of your computer like that anymore. I spent 2.5 hrs on the phone with QB's support trying to fix the problem to no avail. They said that there was no problem with my file or program. They have now escalated the problem to a different department. They said it might take 3 business days to research it! Every time I push the close button on the pop-up warning it closes QB's. Any ideas?
Can you find the following files in the same folder?
90s.trf
QuickBooksDownloader.exe.config
QuickBooksDownloader.exe.manifest
I got the same pop up. I uninstalled and re-installed QB but same thing. What do I do?
