I am getting the same error. I am running Windows 10 Pro and the Documents and Setting folder is not in the C:\ drive directory on any of my PC. I can not use your fix. What operating system us your directions for.
I'll help you fix the error 15276 in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @AWC Bill.
This error usually appears when one of the files to be updated is in use and cannot be replaced.
To resolve this issue, run the Quick Fix my Program from the QuickBooks Tools Hub. This will help fix common errors right away. Here's how:
