First off, we're unable to directly convert QuickBooks Online (QBO) data to Quicken. As a workaround, we can download a QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) trial version where we can export the data from QBO. Then, we can use QBDT to export your lists or transactions to Excel where you're able to manipulate it. Finally, we can now import it to Quicken.

We're getting the same requests from clients now that Quickbooks went to high priced annual subscriptions. Small businesses need to work within their budget. It wasn't smart to move from under $200 every 3 or 4 years to $250-$300 every year.
You may consider purchasing the one time license for QB Desktop 2021 Pro for 3 users, Premier for 5 users, or Accountant for 10 users. Then you will distribute the license between your clients to lower their cost.
There is currently not a way to convert data from Quickbooks to Quicken. Data can be converted from Quicken to Quickbooks, however if assistance is required during that process, it can only be provided by Quickbooks support
