To ensure I provide you with the right resolution, are you referring to your reactivating your license and product codes? If so, you can log in to your CAMPS account and get info from there. You can also check this resource for guidance: Manage your QuickBooks Desktop subscriptions and services.
If you're referring to your payroll service, this requires a service key base on your EIN number. To be guided, I recommend contacting our Support team. They have the tools to look into your account and generate the key for you. Let me guide you on how to reach out to them.
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.

Also, QuickBooks recently announced after May 31, 2021, add-on services will be discontinued for QBDT 2018 and other older versions. For more details about this, please refer to this article: QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information.
