When I installed the software, the instructions said to enter the key number as the license # (no problem) and the number [removed] for QB Pro and [removed] for QB Payroll when prompted.
The product purchased online from Costco is Desktop Pro Plus w/payroll 2021.
I am coming up on the end of my current subscription for Enhanced Payroll which I've been using for years but don't see anything to activate the new payroll. When I installed the software, I may have chosen the first item number but I don't remember getting a prompt to enter the second one. Perhaps I was supposed to just enter the 2nd number for Payroll?
Should I delete the program and reinstall it using the Payroll number only? I've already made a backup.
