My download is for Quickbooks Enterprise 22.0 but the product ID listed under my account appears to be for 21.0. When will this get updated? I moved to a new server and I can't activate Quickbooks because I can't get access to 21.0 as the "latest" entry downloads 22.0 but yet product ID/key was not updated on my account site.

We have Enterprise 21 with a gold subscription. I rec'd an email and in product notification that the 22 upgrade was available and to click the "Get Started" instructions. There is nothing about upgrading to 22 on the page it takes you to. We are on a network with the Enterprise data files on a separate server, so we have an IT guy to come do the actual installation. Where do we find the 22 upgrade for him to install?

Usually, QuickBooks Desktop updates automatically once automatic updates are turned on. It downloads and installs the latest updates when they're available. It's possible that you're already using the updated QuickBooks version and may have received a delayed email for the upgrade. You'll want to check the latest version and release of the QuickBooks version you're using. Press the F2 key, and check the product information window for the details. As noted, the OP says the product key is wrong. Without a working product key, the OP can't install QuickBooks. So why do you think they have?
I'm having the same problem. Tried to download the latest version Quickbooks Enterprise 2022 on our server. The downloader asks for our license number and product number. I used both the license number and product number we have for Enterprise 2021 and I get an error message saying the information is incorrect. I assume our License number has not changed but possibly the product number has? Pressing F2 confirms the same information. I do not know where to find the correct information.

I think it has changed. It changes every year for me, in any case. If you log into camps, you can see your license numbers: https://camps.intuit.com/app/selfservice/index.html

I purchased this software from DELL6 and NOWHERE is there a 6 digit priduct ID on any emails I recieved.
I have also completely scanned the Dell Digital locker and I just can't fond it.. HELP

Found it. Log into your CAMPS link referenced above, then under Products and Services click on the Details link (not the dropdown arrow) and it will show your unique product #
