1096 contact information.

You can enter those information (email address, phone or fax number) from your Company Information settings. These details will automatically reflect on your 1099/1096 forms so you can print them.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Company menu at the top.
2. Choose My Company.
3. Click the pencil icon from the Company Information.
4. In the Contact Information, enter the information needed.
5. Click OK.

After adding all the contact information, the Title of the person signing the Form 1096 still doesn't show on the Form 1096.  Is there a way to add this?

Even after adding all the contact information under My Company, the title of the signer doesn't print on the Form 1096.  Is there somewhere else to enter information?

When printing the 1096 form, you can add the contact name only.
