Hi Tori ... Thanks for the reply. We have been using this platform for over 10 years now with the auto reorder function and now the button has just vanished. Did Intuit change something? The Contact Us messenger is not working in the help function as well.
Thanks,
I want to assure you that Intuit hasn't changed anything about Purchase Orders (PO), @train64. This feature is still available for our valued users, and I’m here to provide an update on the situation.
Currently, the investigation about the Create Auto PO's button issue in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) has been marked as resolved.
However, if the button hasn't reappeared for you, I recommend updating your QBDT version. Keeping your software up to date ensures you have access to essential features like the Create Auto POs button, as well as the latest improvements.
To start, let’s check if your version is the latest release. The updated releases include QuickBooks 2024 R10_19, QuickBooks 2023 R14_49, and QuickBooks 2022 R17_41. To verify your version, please follow these steps:

@Jelayca V "I want to assure you that Intuit hasn't changed anything about Purchase Orders (PO)"
If Intuit hadn't changed anything, there would be no need for the engineers to create a patch, nor for the OP to install it.
It's okay to admit it when your engineer's hand slips, you know.
We are currently running Quickbooks 2024 R10_19 and no, the button is still gone
