Let's make sure your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software is updated so you can get your F1 key and Help menu work and have the latest features and product improvements.
An outdated QBDT software will prevent you from utilizing some of its features. A good example of this is you're unable to use keyboard shortcuts, like the F1 key or selecting the Help menu to access the QuickBooks Desktop Help page. With this, you'll have to update QBDT to its latest release. You can do this either manually or by setting up auto-updates. If you wish to do a manual update, follow these steps:

I am locked out of Quickbooks online. I have tried everything suggested. It just sends me around in circles. I can't take it anymore. A person needs to help me. I lost use of the original login email address and the program will not allow me access through my other email even though I had set it up as a recovery email. . I have an Turbo Tax account but it won't let me use that log in to access the Quickbooks Online.

I am getting Error 80029C4A when I try to open QB
I cannot sign in to QB because of this error.

Some antivirus programs accidentally block the desktop program from loading essential files. To move past the error, let's check the area of your QuickBooks that lists blocked files or sometimes called your “quarantine”.
If you see any of the following listed below in your quarantine, make sure to give them permission to go through your firewall. Usually, these files are located in C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks (year). Files with (x86) in the location, such as C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks 20XX, are 64-bit versions.
If you continue to get the same result, you'll have to uninstall and reinstall the program files causing 80029c4a. I suggest you create a backup copy of the company file to prevent accidental loss.
Once done, let's go ahead and uninstall your QuickBooks. Here's how:

If you're trying to restore a backup you've already created, you can do so from your Open or Restore Company screen.
Here's how:
If you see a message saying "Your data has NOT been restored if you failed to enter the correct admin password" while trying to restore a backup file, use our Automated Password Reset Tool to reset your password. Afterwards, you can try restoring the backup again.
