Can I talk with a customer support person

I have quickbooks desktop pro 2021 and today it I am getting an error code 3371 can't locate licensing or exe file.  I didn't delete anything but cannot access my quickbooks

The error 1603 shows when there was a problem installing the Microsoft .NET Framework. To fix this, please follow the steps below.

 

To begin, please download the QuickBooks Tool Hub that fixes common issues in the program. 

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. We recommend you download the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub and save the file somewhere you can easily find it. 
  3. If you've already installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be displayed on the bottom right or you can select About to view the version.
  4. Open the Tool Hub and follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

 

Then, let's now use the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool.

 

  1. Open the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  2. In the tool hub, select Installation Issues.
  3. Select QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool. Let the tool run. It can take up to 20 minutes.
  4. When the tool finishes, restart your computer.

 

Open QuickBooks Desktop to check if this fixes the issue. If it doesn't, please refer to this article for more troubleshooting we can do: Fix Error 1603 when you install QuickBooks Desktop. And proceed to follow Solution 2.
