The error 1603 shows when there was a problem installing the Microsoft .NET Framework. To fix this, please follow the steps below.
To begin, please download the QuickBooks Tool Hub that fixes common issues in the program.
Then, let's now use the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool.
