I'm here to provide some info about the monthly subscription charges for your QuickBooks Online account.

 

News of a price increase is never easy, but certain changes are necessary for Intuit to continue delivering innovative products and services. New products, reports, tools, features, and functionality drive how your efforts as a small business are supported. Periodic price increases ensure the ability to have access to unrivaled benefits that help your business grow.

 

To make sure you're receiving important info regarding your account I recommend verifying your contact details are up to date. You can check and/or change the contact info on file by:

 

  1. Going to Settings Settings gear icon. and select Account and settings.
  2. Select Company, then ✎ Edit the section you want to update.
    Note: If you can’t edit the Company name, Legal name, EIN, or you see Error -7000, edit your company info in your payments and payroll accounts first.
  3. Select Save, then Done.

The following article provides additional info about changing your business name, contact info, or EIN.

Help and login windows pop up but are blank. Desktop pro plus 2024. I can't send out emails because I can't login to intuit. Like I said the login screen is blank. I updated windows, quickbooks and still blank. tried your fix screen issues blank ??????????????????????????

I appreciate your initiative in working on a solution for your login screen, Dan. Since your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is already updated, let’s explore other troubleshooting measures using the QuickBooks Tool Hub to resolve any display issues.

To start, please log in to your account as an administrator. Then, close QuickBooks and download QuickBooks Tool Hub. I recommend using Windows 11 (64-bit) and downloading the most recent version (1.6.0.8) of the tool. 

Here's how to operate it:
 

  1. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksTollHub.exe).
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  3. Once done, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to launch it.
     

After that, let's run the Quick Fix my Program.
 

  1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
  2. Select Quick Fix my Program.
  3. Start QBDT and open your data file.
     

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QBDT Support team. They have advanced tools to check your account and suggest specific fixes for blank screens.
