I'm here to provide some info about the monthly subscription charges for your QuickBooks Online account.
News of a price increase is never easy, but certain changes are necessary for Intuit to continue delivering innovative products and services. New products, reports, tools, features, and functionality drive how your efforts as a small business are supported. Periodic price increases ensure the ability to have access to unrivaled benefits that help your business grow.
To make sure you're receiving important info regarding your account I recommend verifying your contact details are up to date. You can check and/or change the contact info on file by:
- Going to Settings
and select Account and settings.
- Select Company, then ✎ Edit the section you want to update.
Note: If you can’t edit the Company name, Legal name, EIN, or you see Error -7000, edit your company info in your payments and payroll accounts first.
- Select Save, then Done.
