Allow me to provide some information about converting a file from the QuickBooks 2011 version for Windows to the 2015 version for Mac.
Since you're using the QuickBooks 2015 version for Mac, this isn't already supported. QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) has a 3-year life cycle. Thus, 2017 below versions aren't supported.
Just in case you want to convert your company file to a newer version, you must meet several system requirements of your Mac computer for a smooth transition.
Also, both subscriptions should have the same year version to successfully convert your file. You'll want to temporarily download a free trial link for QuickBooks Desktop 2020 for Windows prior to the conversion.
After setting things up, follow the steps in this article to upgrade your QuickBooks 2011 to 2020: Upgrade your company files after switching to a new version of QuickBooks Desktop.
Once done, you can proceed to convert your Windows company file to a Mac file:

1. Convert the data to QBD 2011 file format, install the the trial license of QBD 2015 to upgrade the file, then convert it to QBD Mac 2015 file format.
2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service
