DUPLICATE PAYMENTS SHOWING UNDER MERCHANT DEPOSITS

Hello!  I am a real newbie to the Merchant Services.  I have somehow created duplicate payments received and I cannot figure out what I have done wrong.  I don't know how to fix this.  HELP!

Thank you for including a screenshot. Among other reasons of having duplicate deposits, yours can be caused by connectivity issues. What we can do is check the configuration of your Internet Explorer or Firewall/Security Software. We'll make sure they don't block QuickBooks background activities.

 

Another thing we can do is check the integrity of your data to see if there's an issue that might be causing the duplicates. Please consider backing up your company file before following the steps below.

 

  1. Choose Window then Close All.
  2. Click the File menu.
  3. Choose Utilities and select Verify Data. You'll be prompted to run the Rebuild utility if a damaged data will be detected.
