I signed up for the live book keeping service.  I was on boarded.  The same day the team requested multiple statements.  All of them were provide the same day.  I waited 3 weeks.  Called in and warned that i did not see any activity on my books.  I was told to wait a little longer waited another 3 to 4 weeks. nothing.  Called in again and every one was so surprised that this happen and it never happens.   So we do it again, another team, i had to go and get all the files again from the bank websites, because when they took off the first team all the documents uploaded were removed.  So after many hours of work again i upload everything the same day or following day.  and then waited and waited and waited.  Charged about 4 to 5 months of service fees.  Again nothing done not a single entry in my books.  I asked to cancel.  System couldn't cancel until end of cycle.  Ask for refund could not get one until cancellation was complete. 

Service finally gets canceled call in again to get my refund that i was already promised due to the horrible experience and waste of time.  hurry up and make another ticket.  3 weeks later REFUND DENIED !!!! WHAT...  why? another call create another ticket.  Since being told that quick books has stolen my time and money i have opened another 4 tickets requesting an explanation and call.  NOTHING!!! I have no recourse but social media reviews.  How can i get a hold of a manager who cares about the service being provided ?

Thanks for providing details of your concern. I know this wasn't an easy process for you and I can certainly understand where you're coming from.

 

Allow me to share some info about Live Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support team, and ask for a manager to handle your issue. I know you've already contacted them, however, it would be best to give them a call again so they can explain further the status of your tickets and the reasons they're delayed. The Community is unable to provide you more details about this since this is a public forum. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help (?) menu, and then select the Contact Us button.
  2. Enter your question or issue like "Wants to talk to a manager for the status of the tickets" and then click Let's Talk.

  3. Choose either the Start a chat or Get a call option.

What was the conclusion to your experience with Quickbooks Live Bookkeeping and your refund? I had the same experience. Absolutely nothing happened on quickbooks end for two months. They provided none of the promised quickbooks live bookkeeping services and then my refund was denied. I mean, how can quickbooks possibly justify charging customers $212.50 per month and then have bookkeepers who do zero work on your account? Not a single thing was done in my account for two months! They didn’t even respond to my messages. Refund denied with zero explanation or even a follow up call or email to me from customer service. Quickbooks is known for good customer service but live bookkeeping was a complete rip off.

I know how upsetting it is to not receive the details why you were not refunded for a charge in your account. With this, I want to make sure you get everything you need to know.

 

Due to security reasons, refund status and other account specific concerns are handled by our Customer Service Team. Only our live agents have the tools to check information like this.

 

I know you already contacted us multiple times, but I still suggest working with our phone representatives again to get the details you need. You can also request for a supervisor to handle the case and look into your account.

 

Regarding your feedback, we are taking note of this and we are always here to help you anytime.

 

Just in case, I'll be adding the contact steps for your reference. To reach us on time, our Live Help are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM til 3:00 PM on Saturdays.

  1. Go to the Help menu then select Contact us.
  2. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  4. Choose Start messaging to initiate a discussion with a live agent or Get a call for callbacks.
  5. When using the messaging option, make sure to enable pop-up windows. The chat box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor, and an agent will be with you after filling in the information needed. See this:

When you're connected, provide all the information about your concern with our representative including previous case numbers.

 

Kindly update this thread on what happens after calling our support. I want to make sure you're taken care of and this issue is fully resolved.
