I appreciate you for ordering checks in QuickBooks, @steran14120-gmai.

I'm here to ensure that you can save and print the checks in QuickBooks Online right away. This way, you can give the check to your clients quickly.

Unable to save check or getting an error message is usually the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. Not to worry, you can fix this by doing some basic troubleshooting steps.

To start, let's save and print the check through incognito. This browser doesn't store cache. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  •  Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

If you're able to do so, please go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to clean the slate.

Check out these articles below about tuning in your check alignment and know the different checks offered in QuickBooks.

I'm still here to work with you again if you have different enigmas about handling your checks. Look after yourselves, especially during this pandemic.

Hello, thank you but nothing worked, I've been looking at videos and other solutions, yet nothing works. Is there anything else I can try?

Thank you.

To add up, when creating a check or expense in QuickBooks Online, you'd want to make sure to select a bank account. The account where the payment is coming from is only intended for a bank account or a credit card account.
