Good morning, rbedford-unionoa.

I'm glad you chose to join us here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to print the check you need in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how to print the check within the system:

1. Click the +New button in the top left corner.

2. Select Check.

3. Enter all of the necessary details and click Print check at the bottom of the page.

4. Check the box to the left of the check to select it on the Print checks page.

5. Choose Preview and print in the bottom right corner.

6. Continue to select print until the check is printed.

I recommend checking out the following article for even more info on printing checks in QBO.

The previous details mentioned will allow you to successfully print the check you need. I'm only a comment or post away if you have any other questions.

Hi-

This does not work in QB Online. It will not print a zero check. How do we print something in order to send to the vendor?

Thank you.

Glad to see you joining this thread @lo5335.

QuickBooks Online doesn't support printing zero checks directly at this time. However, I can see how this option would bring much convenience to your business. That being said, I recommend sending your valuable feedback to our product engineers. They can review your request and likely include them in future product enhancements.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.

You can also track feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.

Additionally, see this reference on how to configure your print settings for printing checks.

I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or questions about QuickBooks. Assistance is just a post away. Have a great day ahead.
