I can't sign in because you say there is no account for me and yet I keep getting notices about my account!!

We can try can try accessing QuickBooks Onlien (QBO) using a private or incognito window. It's possible the browser's cache data becomes full or damaged preventing the Help icon not reflecting in your account.
Just press CTRL + Shift + N for Google Chrome, or click the Settings and More icon in the upper-right hand corner, and then select New In Private window for Microsoft Edge.
If it works, go back to your original browser and clear the browser's cache to delete the temporary Internet files. This will refresh the browser back to its original state. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browser.

If the same thing happens, please follow the steps below to reach out to our Customer Support Team outside QBO. They'll also investigate what's causing the Help icon not showing on your account.

However, if you want to speak with our Customer Care Team and using QuickBooks Online (QBO), let's try opening your account in a private (incognito) window to isolate why the Help icon is missing. Using a safe browser and accessing the program from there can usually fix the issue.

Once done, try to reach our Customer Care Team by clicking the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
But if you are using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), let's ensure that your QBDT is updated to the latest release. Once verified, try to check if you're now able to see the Help icon.
