I need to speak to a live person. I am having PROBLEMS, DIFFICULTY canceling my duplicate subscription
Hi @hperkins23,
Thank you for joining the thread. I'll take care of your query.
If you wish to speak to our Technical Support team, you can follow the steps by my colleague @ReymondO above. You can use this article as a reference as well: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.
Right after that, you can open this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel? You'll find a short description as to what happens after you cancel your subscription. You'll also find a list of available data you can export from your QBO company.
Have other questions in mind? Post them in the comments below, and I'll be sure to get back to you.
We hired an employee on 3/14/22 and set the start pay date to 4/5/22. It should have been 3/22/22. We are on a bi-weekly payroll and use QB online payroll. Can we back date the starting pay date to 3/22/22 , since it's now 3/31/22? We pay all employees with direct deposit. Or what is the best way to pay him for his first week from 3/14/22 to 3/18/22? After this, he will be on the normal pay period, with a pay date of 4/5/22.
Thank you.
I'd love to direct you to the best help available so this gets taken care of, @nrf100521.
Since you pay all your employees through direct deposit, it would be best for you to contact our payroll support. They can help you correct your employee's pay information and provide ways to handle his first payroll. This way, you can process his payroll normally moving forward and ensure everything is accurate.
Here’s how:

If you have any other questions or concerns besides payroll, just add them to your reply. I’ll be here to help. Thanks for reaching out!
In my old quick books in receive payment I could type in the amount of the check and it would give me options of what clients owed that amount.
