Join nowHi. So i recently had quickbooks on another desktop and I moved desktops, I also moved the company file so its saved in a cloud-folder. It opens on both computer but on the new computer, it is asking me to purchase either a monthly or yearly subscription of intuit data protect.
However, on the original computer, I signed up for the "file only" intuit data protect which still works. So i logged out and now I am getting the same issue where it's asking to buy a new product.
This was done back in september, and here is the copy. The funny thing is, this option isn't even available anymore, but since I paid for the year, i'm upset I cant find a way to log back in.
If it's an issue with changing computers, I can't login with the original computer that had the file and backup either. Help?

I am given no option to sign in on new computer. The only option is purchase. The backup still works fine on the old computer and I won’t risk losing it by doing any trouble shooting there. How can I get the data protect on the new computer to show a login option?
Welcome to this thread, SusanTB.
I will walk you through the process of moving your data from an old computer to the new one.
Before you start moving your data to a new computer, make sure you install QuickBooks Desktop on that computer. Then, create a backup company file on your original computer. This is just in case there'll be some data loss. Once done, follow the steps below:
Read through this article for the whole process of moving your account from one computer to another: Move your company files to another computer.
Once done, you can now start setting up your Intuit Data Protect.
