As mentioned by @Just_me, there are get a callback and post a question options aside from chat to get a QuickBooks Online support. To place a callback, here's how:
- Go to the Help (?) menu then choose Contact Us.
- Enter your question or concern in the search box then click Let's talk once finished.
- Select either the Get a Callback or Post a question options.
Also, you can post a question here in the Community to get your issue addressed. To begin with, can you please give me more details about the help you need? This is for me to provide the best resolution for your concern.
