Let me share some insights with you about checking bills in Mobile App. I'll make sure you'll be able to access bill features in QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Online Mobile App has limited features. I'd recommend checking this article as your reference to check the features available using different devices: Compare mobile app features.
Currently, the bill feature is available using QuickBooks' supported browser. You can check this article for more information: Enter bills and record bill payments in QuickBooks Online.

@Ethel_A ,
Sorry - you have fundamentally miss-understood the issue.
When I use the Quickbooks phone app, that I have downloaded from the Play Store, there is a feature that allows me to see the bills of a supplier. If the supplier has only one or two transactions then I can see them. If they have more then the screen shows nothing - actually the screen shows "there are no transactions" which is very disconcerting when you know that there are transactions available!
Basically the app cannot cope with any supplier with a large number of transactions. You would be better of DELETING these features that DO NOT WORK, rather than lying to your customers that all is perfect !
I appreciate the additional clarifications regarding your concern, ShopAdmin.
QuickBooks Mobile app allows a limited number of bills for a supplier. Dealing with large files can best be done by logging in to your account using a supported browser. From there you can run the Bill and Applied Payments report. This will give you all the payments you’ve made and the bills that go with them.
Here's how:

I really think you as a company need to be a lot more transparent in how you 'tell people' your system works. You need to say clearly that you have a mobile app...and that so long as you only have say 10 transactions a month - the app will work - any more than that then do not bother with the app as it will not work.
You are misleading your customers by making false statements
Agreed. They still haven’t fixed and never will. They are lame
This is a MASSIVE gap. Intuit strategically makes tasks difficult to get you to use their bill pay and scoop the float but there’s no logical reason for this gap. In fact, being able to add bills with mobile app and schedule payments should lend to MORE usage of their billlpay. What a missed product opportunity.
