We have an online store that when a customer places an order OneSaas takes it into Woo Commerce and it creates the sales receipt and sends it to QuickBooks Online using the next available number. At times I have to create a Sales REceipt manually and it generates the next available number. The problem I am having is that if an online order comes in it breaks the integration process because it does not recognize that I used the number and it will use it again. Any Advise?
The detection of the sales receipt number has something to do with data synchronization. We'll have the engineers of the three programs improve this process.
On our part, I recommend contacting our Support so that they can gather more information for the said purpose. However, I'm unable to provide an update on how or when this will be taken care of, as we don't have visibilities on the projects of our engineers. The important thing right now is we can report this behavior.
