Pro Advisor

Is anyone else having trouble with the Pro Advisor Certification? I have completed lesson 1 of Level 1 and it won't let me take the test. It says the lesson isn't complete but it is. I messaged QB but don't want to wait 2 days for their response.

It still isn't working. I am getting this error:

Prerequisite not met
To unlock this lesson you must first complete the following: "QuickBooks Online Certification Level 1: Getting started"
 
However, the prerequisite has been met.

I tried it again and put it in incognito mode and it worked. So that was the problem.

I'm having the same issue but incognito doesn't work for me.  Can anyone help?  It's my last test to get published.
