There are selected countries (i.e., UK, US, and Singapore) for international versions who can take the ProAdvisor program. For India, we only offer Webinars and training videos for you to share with your clients and introduce them to QuickBooks.
However, you may sign up for the QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) US account using a dummy address. Then, create your profile to become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Once sign up, you can access the ProAdvisor training courses and the exam portal. To begin the training, go to the ProAdvisor menu and click on the Training tab. Here you'll find the find courses for all the QuickBooks products to prepare you for the exams. Please see the screenshots below for your reference.
After passing the exam, you're able to access your badge on the Training & certification history page. You can also refer to this article to know more about this: Certification History and Badges.
Also, you can maintain your certified status by taking the re-certification test for ProAdvisors. To know more about this, you can check out this article: Renewing your QuickBooks Online Certification. It also includes answers to the most frequently asked questions about re-certification.
