I have a new QuickBooks Cash account. My CC and ACH are now deposited in that account. I added my Regular bank account to transfer funds. I got the small credits in my bank and activated the account. The same Day it showed up I tried to transfer funds. It goes through the process - sends a text with the code - I enter the valid code and then it says Hmm something was wrong .... I need to transfer funds for payroll and since it may take 5-7 days need to do it now. After activation does it take more time before using or is there something else I need to look at.
Welcome to the Community, @BarryChristian. Thanks for using QuickBooks Cash.
Once your QuickBooks Cash is already activated, you can use it immediately. However, there are times that some pages may be affected by old cache files that slow down and affect QuickBooks functionalities.
To confirm, let's use an incognito or a private window. Then, clear its cache to resolve a browser-related problem.
Here's how to open it:
Once logged in, go back and try to make a transfer again. If it works, follow the steps to clear the browser cache. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser.

Thanks I use the QB App and logged in On-Line neither worked. I also tried your suggestion - Same answer which is Hmmm, that didn't work
Check your bank info or balance and try transferring again
of course my balance was fine and I even tried small amounts like $100 when the balance was over $15K.
This comes in the form of a pop up window after it sends a text with the code.
Thanks for the quick reply, @BarryChristian.
