I need help to get my employees access to their paystubs online. They are not being sent the workforce invitation when I add new employess and now my old employees cannot see them either. VERY FRUSTRAITING!!!

To start, here are two possible reasons your employees are unable to see the Workforce email invitation:
You'll have to let your employees check their Spam or Junk folder to see if the Workforce email invitation was moved.
Once done, resend the invitation. You can refer to this article's Resend an invitation (QuickBooks Desktop) section for the step-by-step guide: Invite employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s, and more.
Then before letting your employees open their email, have them perform some troubleshooting steps. A cache-related issue in the browser can prevent them to view the invitation. They can isolate this matter by pulling up their email using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
Once signed in, have them check the Workforce email invitation. If they see it, let them return to their default browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performances issue. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers. In case the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care team. They can create a case/ticket ID and submit it to our engineers for further investigation.
