Thanks for taking the time reaching out to the Community, @KaplanCPA.

I'd like to share some information to share regarding the grading basis for ProAdvisor Certification.

The scores given are based on the answers that you've provided during the exam. Also, you can make up to three attempts to pass the whole exam. However, you can verify the score that you've received by reaching out to our ProAdvisor Care Team. This team is the best resource for such inquiries as they're able to check your account and review your score.

This should get you pointed in the right track.

Keep me posted if you have any other concerns with QuickBooks. I'll be around to help you out. Have a good one.

Hi everyone

I am taking the QBO Advance Certification. One of the scenario is to activate class tracking in Craig’s QuickBooks Online Company (Test Drive). But the test drive does not allow us to changed the settings.

Need help.

Good day, xypol.

What you're experiencing could be a result of a browser error. We can perform these troubleshooting steps to solve this.

The first one is to use an incognito window. From there, check to see if the test drive works. If yes, we just need to clear the cache. There are times when you'll experience unusual behavior if the browser you're using has too much cache.

Additionally, you'll want to use a different browser. I'd suggest the Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. This helps to determine if the browser you're currently using has issues.

Here's a guide to learn more about the ProAdvisor Certification.

Hope you'll be able to pass the exam. I'll be right here to help you.

Yes absolutely.  I've passed the EA, and CPA exam on the first try.  I consider myself very good at test taking.  However, this qbo advanced cert is absolutely ridiculous.  If you have gone through the study material you will notice that even those questions are graded wrong.  When you pick the correct answer it displays wrong and when you click the wrong answer it says right!  I came across a couple of these.  Also, during the test there were duplicate questions.  So if you missed it then you miss two assuming you answered both the same way.  If there are glitches like these there are most certainly others.  I just spent quite a bit of my time reviewing the study materials and taking the test.  On my third attempt I still had 4 sections to pass.  On that last section of the four, when I finished the questions usually it takes you to review your answers when I clicked to review it actually submitted the section.  Unfortunately I didn't pass that last section and with all these other "glitches" I can assume that could be the reason for the failure and not incorrect answers.

I am having similar issues. I am stuck on a lesson check question that appears to have no right answers. I've opened a sample P&L report and had it open as I went through this question and still can't get the answer correct. There are 6 possible answers and I need to pick 3. Since picking the correct three isn't working, I am going to have to just go through and try picking random combinations of answers until it thinks they're correct and lets me progress. Since this is a lesson check question, I can't move on with the lesson until I get past this frustrating question. I reached out to tech support. So far, they can only tell me that "no one else is reporting problems with this question." The second person I worked with had me send him a screen shot and admitted that the question might be bad and that's why I can't progress.

In other sections, I've come across questions where the training said one thing and the displayed answers said something different, often contradictory.  These questions then came up on the real exam and I won't know if I got them correct until I submit it.

Very frustrating to say the least. I at least expect the content needed to pass the exam to be available and correct.

Hi there, rrweather.

Since the second person you've worked with noticed there's something wrong with the questions, I suggest sending suggestions, comments you see to qbproadvisor.com/feedback.

Please specify the name of the course you are working on, the specific section and module, and the lesson, quiz, or exam.

While we review All feedback provided and respond to most of it, we are unable to respond to any feedback about an exam question or answer.

Yes I'm facing similar issue.

Passed 9 modules.

3/3 attempts and it says locked out because I failed section 8

I'm pretty shre the grading is bugged or something, also the questions need work in their wording and manual check of answers
