I've checked our reports, and it seems we don't have any problem in canceling automatic tax payments and filings in QuickBooks Online. With that being said, you should cancel it without any error. 

 

With this, I'll route you in the right direction. That way, they can pull your account into a secure environment and investigate the root cause. Ensure to call them within business hours to address your concern promptly. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then choose Contact Us
  2. Type your concern on the box and hit Let's talk. 
  3. Choose either Start a chat or Get a call

       4. Complete the required information and submit the request.
