Changing the information in Company/Company information… in QB desktop doesn’t seem to be enough. The new address that prints on Bill Payment Stubs has an extra line from the old address at the end of it.
Any ideas where else the company address needs to be changed?

It seems like we don't have the same version of QB. We're using QuickBooks Desktop 2022 and these menu options do not exist.

It seems again that we're not referring to the same version.
As mentioned in the initial post, we access the company information by going to the Company menu and choosing Company Information....
As for the QuickBooks Account, we can't find the equivalent on our version.

Thank you for your answer.
As mentioned in my previous post, the proposed solution doesn't work with my version of QB. The menu options are different. See screen shot below.
As for the online account, we never had one. Everything is on the desktop, so this won’t work either.
Any other ideas?

The address on the Bill Payment Stubs is identical to the information on the Company information screen. You may have encountered data integrity issues with your company file, resulting in an extra line for your old address.
