When I log into Intuit (ending up on page https://camps.intuit.com/app/selfservice/index.html#userprofile) I find that I have TWO accounts with IDENTICAL names under the heading "QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP ACCOUNTS".
One is for Quickbooks-2011 edition and the other has my current edition of DesktopPro.

HOW do I delete the 2011 one so that I have only one account when I log in.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to delete the 2011 version of Desktop Pro. One of our representatives can securely verify your account and help you remove the old version.

I have two customer accounts for the same business. One account shows all the products purchased and has payment information that can be edited. the other account shows no products, no payment methods. I would like to delete this account
Second problem is that when I log on, this second account does not appear. It only appears when I log on as the business owner, and he does not have editing rights on this account. I cannot get our roles switched because II cannot access the account.

You can change the access rights of the account that doesn't have any information and then transfer the role to only have one sign-in. You can log in to the account to which you can manage your user access.
